Role: Sales Administrator / Processor
Location: Southampton Central
Salary: £15,000 to £19,000
My client is an Independent Estate Agency based in the center of Southampton. They are looking for an experienced administrator to assist them with their Sales administration process.
>>THIS IS AN ADMINISTRATION BASED ROLE...NOT A SALES ROLE<<
- Answering telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner, redirecting calls where appropriate, advising when necessary enquiries regarding the properties, passing on accurate messages via email and dealing with clients and members of the public coming into the office.
- Liaising with staff members
- Diary Management
- Office duties
- Dealing with client documents
- Exceptional level of customer service.
- Support of the manager in all aspects needed.
The right candidate will have a history within administration and have experience in the above.
