Basic Salary £15,300 - £16,800 per annum plus overtime for Saturday working/shows etc (The listed salary is a starting point and salary increases are directly linked to your commitment, learning and achievements)
Skills Required: Telephone handling and progressively technical knowledge, excellent communication skills (letter composition), Good keyboard skills
You will be required to provide administrative and sales support as part of the new business team
Provide quotations to clients in writing, on the telephone, by fax or email.
Resolve client problems and handle mid term adjustments and cancellations as required
Learn and understand the Renewals process and able to deputise for a Claims Administrator as necessary
Learn and progressively sell new products as required; cross sell additional insurance products to existing clients
Work within FCA rules and guidelines and follow the company's compliance procedures
Attend outside shows, events, motor dealer visits or meetings with Insurance Companies, Advertisers, Clubs etc
Learn and understand the Transactor and Applied Systems software/databases in order to input data; produce renewal invitations and certificates of insurance
