SALES ADMINISTRATOR & OFFICE MANAGER - CENTRAL LONDON

Contract: Full Time | Permanent 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Working Hours: Mon - Fri. No Saturdays
Location: At their offices in Central London

Key Responsibilities: 

A leading London estate agency is looking for an experienced Office Manager & Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional with strong administrative skills to support a fast-paced sales team.

About the Role Reporting to the Office Director and Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by handling sales administration, managing appointments, and providing essential team support.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is efficient, adaptable, and highly organised, with excellent administrative abilities, strong customer service skills, and a good working knowledge of spreadsheets. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.


Role Details:

Key Responsibilities Sales Support
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the sales team
  • Issuing memorandums of sale and invoices upon exchange of contracts
  • Preparing marketing materials, including brochures and window displays
  • Organizing canvassing materials and scheduling market appraisals
  • Conducting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks for all clients
Office Management
  • Supporting HR functions, including onboarding new employees, preparing contracts, and maintaining HR records
  • Welcoming clients and visitors, assisting with registrations and inquiries
  • Handling customer service requests, orders, and complaints
  • Managing incoming office calls
  • Assisting the Director with diary management, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Handling paperwork, emails, and calls on behalf of the Director
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Director when required
  • Organizing company events, including Christmas parties, work trips, and team-building activities
What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or similar administration role within an estate agency setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
  • HR experience is a plus but not essential
