Sales Administrator- Media Company

Our client, one of the worlds leading providers of media sales, entertainment and content marketing, are looking for a creative and experienced Administrator to join their rapidly growing team based in the West End.

The position requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, writing and sub-editing experience, strong time-management and the ability to work under pressure.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who is now looking for the next step in their career!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with key distributors
  • Circulating info to all relevant third parties
  • Collating and resizing images to a specific format
  • Collating content synopses
  • Quality control and submission of meta data
  • Writing and sub-editing content synopses to an inhouse style
  • Proof reading all relevant synopses to ensure they adhere to the in-house style and are suitable for use across all airlines
  • Enter/upload images and synopses into various portals, databases and submission templates for on-board systems and websites

Teamwork including:

  • Liaising with the rest of the ops and metadata department both in London and globally
  • Weekly update calls
  • Provide back-up support to the rest of team as required at key periods

Desired Attributes:

  • Previous administration experience desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages- Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Keen interest in the media industry
  • Ability to work well with a team
