Our client is the longest established holiday home provider in the South Hams. Their beautiful portfolio of properties is highly sought-after and considered one of the most high-calibre in the area.
As the company grows, they are now seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Administrator to join their team in Salcombe for a maternity cover contract lasting a minimum of 10 months.
This is an exciting opportunity for an administration professional to develop their career and join a well-loved and highly successful holiday lettings company offering an exciting and engaging contract.
With a high standard already set by the existing team, you will need to demonstrate your great customer care skills and forge rapport with customers and owners.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be tasked with delivering amazing levels of service to customers and property owners alike to ensure our client’s 'count on me’ service promise is adhered to.
You’ll take part in all aspects of the holiday rental management process including customer service, sales, new business, property management and administration.
Providing the personal touch to holiday lettings, you’ll develop in-depth knowledge of your entire property portfolio to enable you to match guests with the right property for them. It’s this element that has meant our client keeps on growing and expanding as customers come back time and again and spread the word to their friends and family.

- Experience within an administration role, ideally sales administration
- At a minimum, three GCSEs (or equivalent)
Customer focused, professional and credible, as a Sales Administrator, you will also need excellent communication and conflict management skills, an organised approach and good attention to detail.
