SALES ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR

CHESTERFIELD

UPTO £25,000 + 25 DAYS HOLIDAY PLUS BANK + FREE PARKING + 6% PENSION

THE OPPORTUNITY:

I am currently recruiting for my client based in Barlborough, Chesterfield for a Sales Administrator/Customer Service Co-ordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful and well-established Manufacturing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deal with all customer queries over the phone or email
  • Be the first point of contact for all UK and International customers
  • Customer Service and Account Management
  • Forecasting orders and stock planning
  • Dealing with the whole order processing cycle from start to finish

THE PERSON:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role - either Customer Service or Sales Administration
  • Previous experience working within Manufacturing is desirable
  • Strong data entry skills and customer service skills
  • Computer literate with MS office - Word, Excel & Outlook

ABOUT THE BENEFITS:

  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday + bank
