Sales Administrator/Junior Account Manager

We have an exciting position for a Maternity cover Sales Administrator position with a view to progress into a Junior Account Manager position.

Job Purpose

To provide an effective and efficient Sales Support function to the sales team, enabling them to proactively drive sales and the business forward. The role will start in Sales Support and give the individual the opportunity to progress to Junior Account Manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1-2years internal sales account Manager or Sales Support experience
  • Efficient, adaptable and Strong Administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience in SAP would be ideal but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Office(Word,Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task, while having high attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily Sales account management- (Internal) Quotes, proposals, rebates, and promotions.
  • Manage existing client database
  • Customer satisfaction of post sales support
  • Customer OTIF and OTAC
  • Sales customer support
  • Sales on Tiers 2/3 accounts to increase breadth
  • Undertake all functions required to ensure the provision of an efficient and accurate quotation, sales order, despatch and invoice process
  • Be the first point of contact on all customer enquiries by telephone and help cover in the absence of team colleagues
  • Liaising with customers in relation to resolving any queries relating to the sales order
  • Production, maintenance and management of customer reports
  • Management and maintenance of vendor price lists
  • Management of customer specific price support programmes ensuring they are accurately reflected on the sales order
  • Assisting the sales team with the upkeep of customer product codes and price feeds
  • Sourcing and providing product information (datasheets, images etc.)
  • Assist the sales team in the upkeep of accurate and comprehensive records in CMS
  • Attend all product and sales training sessions as well as weekly sales meetings
