£9 - £9.50ph
Our central Godalming client offer a great working environment and have a strong company culture! Due to expansion in the organisation an opportunity has arisen for a Part time sales administrator to join the team.
Flexibility to take off school holiday will be offered for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Sorting and distributing post and managing inbox
- Taking calls from potential and exiting clients logging all info on internal systems and spreadsheets
- Proof reading and distribute contracts
- Liaising with operations teams and using google map to create routes
- Dealing with proposals
- Booking in tenders
Experience & Attributes required
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Excellent command of the English attitude both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise workload
- Experience within sales support
- Good attitude and team player
