Mpeople Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator / Customer Care on behalf of our client based just outside of Central Manchester.

Duties to include:
- Taking orders over the phone and through email and accurately inputting these orders into the internal system
- Providing exceptional customer service on any inbound or outbound calls
- Resolving any customer queries that come in to the business
- Updating customer schedules
- Assisting the sales team in generating enw business
- Creating new customers and suppliers as required
- Meeting and greeting visitors in Reception
- Maintaining the customer’s eBay account
You will be enthusiastic, organised and have great attention to detail. You will be proactive with the ability to problem solve and help resolve any complaints/issues a customer may have.
Is is essential that you have experience in liaising with customers/clients over the phone in a Customer Service, Sales Administration or Account Manager role.
