The Client

Extremely successful and a market leader in their industry; our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their office in Lane End on an initial 9 Month FTC basis.

The Role

The primary responsibility of this role will to be first contact for all customers regarding sales, price, orders and shipping queries. To provide efficient administrative support and maintain the highest level of customer service; other duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to purchase order queries
  • Liaising with various teams to ensure all customer queries are resolved in a professional and streamlined manner
  • Ensure all relevant information is updated with relevant documents and on the correct systems
  • Ensure follow up calls are completed to customers
  • Quotations requests are managed and information given to customers is accurate

About you

To be a successful applicant you would be able to have:

  • A driving license with access to a vehicle
  • Proven experience of working within a customer service, administrative, sales support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organisation skills
