Sales Administrator £20k - Chelsea - PERM

Our client who is an innovative designer is looking for an experienced administrator to be the link between the sales and production sales teams. You will be taking on a customer-focused, service-driven role to be responsible all administrator duties. The role will suit a friendly creative person with a keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of sales fundamentals and excellent customer service.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for;

-Answering and progressing incoming calls delivering exceptional customer service

-Processing payments and invoices

-Ensuring the accurate taking of sales orders especially specifications and details

-Customer relationship management

-Managing sales diaries

-Liaising with all internal department to ensure deliveries are within customers’ expectations

In order to be considered for the role, the right candidate should be able to demonstrate:

-Excellent communication skills

-Highly efficient with attention to detail

-Strong relationship -building skills

-Good level of numeracy and literacy

-Good organisational and time management skills

-The ability to learn quickly about new products and material types.
