Your new company
I am representing a long standing engineering company based in Sheffield that require additional support within their sales and customer service division.
Your new role
This role will involve speaking to customers regarding their orders, inputting orders into the system, liaising with production and transport, dealing with product enquiries and complaints, ensuring customer database is correct and up to date, and any other general administrative support required by the sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate for this role will have at least 6 months experience in a sales administration role. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work in a fast paced environment, along with having a high level of accuracy. You will be adaptable in your work methods and be able to multitask.
What you'll get in return
This role will pay £17,000 - £19,000 per annum depending on your previous experience. There is free parking on site. You will be working for a long standing established Sheffield company with an excellent reputation both in the UK and internationally.
