I am looking for a administration assistant who will act as sales support.
This will involve: · Answering the phone lines and directing calls through
Taking messages and passing them on
Assisting in the warehouse with stock and deliveries
Chasing Courier companies for late parcels and deliveries
Adding products to our system and writing descriptions for those products for website / advert purposes (training will be given) Over time this person will help manage various aspects of the website whilst continuing to support the sales team
I am looking for someone with a can do attitude, a quick learner, excellent English grammar, good telephone manner, organised and used to keeping lots of Task's going simultaneously. We have good systems for managing these tasks and lots of training available for the right person.
