REED Business Support is working together with a fantastic company based in Exeter, to recruit a full time Sales Admin on a permanent basis.
Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Answering B2B and B2C email, phone and social media enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Accurate sales order processing
- Providing the team with sales information
- Creating regular reporting
- Following up on quotes and invoices (by phone and email)
- Maintaining sales records
- Following up with customers post-purchase
- Updating records on the CRM database
- Proven working experience in an office administration or customer service role.
- Previous B2B and B2C sales or sales support experience would be beneficial.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- The ability to react quickly in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office including Excel
