Our client is a highly respected and prestigious estate agency, and they are seeking a Sales Admin Coordinator to help perform the day to day running of the office.
The successful applicant will have a minimum 12-month administration experience working within an estate agency and will have working knowledge of Jupix.
The role will involve:
- Compliance for all department files
- Organise viewings
- Prepare property brochures
- General administration
- Conducting viewings when needed
- Registering new candidates
- Booking in marketing appraisals
The successful candidate will be:
- IT Literate
- Well-spoken and well presented.
- Hard working
- Team player
- Good property administration

- £18,000 - £20,000 Basic (DOE)
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Possible alternate Saturday cover 9.30am - 12.30pm
