Sales Account Manager

My client, a long established company, are seeking a Sales Account Manager due to continued business growth.

The company operate within a tech industry, offering a wide choice of technology services to various sized business, predominantly in the North West of England.

You may have experience within a tech industry, however this is really not essential as full training can be provided.What is more important is personal drive and enthusiasm to be able to provide a great service to clients, maximising opportunities, and developing new business from an existing client base.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: -

1.Creating opportunities by qualifying business introductions and engaging in dialogues with current business customers

2.Developing existing business relationships through a balanced sales and service model

3.Investigating and solving customers’ problems

4.Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.

5.Capturing and maintaining accurate customer contact information in the business CRM application to manage business opportunities and relationships

6.Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

7.Devising and maintaining office systems.

8.Learning about your organisation’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes.

The day is always varied with a combination of the above tasks, therefore they are seeking someone with a tenacious attitude, able to multi-task with good organisational skills to provide a great service to clients.

Products and technical aspects of the role can be taught to the right person showing the core account/relationship management/business development skills.

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience around £20k and commission available uncapped.Average £5k-£10k p/a commission however is completely uncapped, therefore can be higher.
