Sales Account Manager - Technology / Communications & IT Solutions
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive and Account Manager from the Communication, Telco, Software or IT Services industry to develop, manage and grow an existing customer portfolio of established clients.
Due to recent investment and internal restructure, we have openings for Account Managers and Business Development Executives looking to join a passionate sales team in Bath within the IT / Telco Solutions industry.
This role would be suited for a professional IT / Telco or Related Sales Executive / Account Manager who is looking for a progressive, consultative and professional career. You will be responsible for promoting the company's full product range within a niche market and introduce the most efficient, cost effective solution, tailored to our client's needs.
In addition to Sales, this role will involve Market Strategy, Projections, Development, Growth, Improvements, Reporting and PR / Brand Management, whilst working directly with senior management to achieve realistic expectations and goals
This position would be ideal for you if you are capable of converting inbound sales enquires, ensuring customer retention, and effectively up/cross-selling to new and existing customers. The objective is to renew customer contracts pro-actively, increase profitability and maintain excellent relationships with every client.
- Must have experience in a sales or account management
- A background in the technology industry - i.e. IT or telecommunications
- Capable of building a sales pipeline and increasing revenue
- Exceptional communication skills - over the telephone and in writing
- Natural ability to engage with decision makers
- Positive attitude, ambitious, with a passion for sales
