Our mission at Chillisauce is simple: to be the easiest way for groups of people to organise events and weekends away. Whether it’s a get together with friends, a stag do or company party - we help make it happen. Today, Chillisauce is one of the UK’s largest and fastest growing event agencies, delivering events and experiences for over 150,000 people every year.
Our goal is to organise experiences that our customers will never forget and that’s where you come in. We are looking for a lively, ambitious candidate that loves events, has superb planning and great people skills.
You will work in our business-to-consumer department planning unforgettable activity weekends, mates escapes, stag parties, hen dos and celebrations for groups of friends all over Europe. Nobody here makes any cold calls, instead you’ll assist groups already on the Chillisauce website.
You’ll be the primary contact for your groups - doing everything from helping them find the perfect destination and develop their itinerary, to booking the suppliers and providing an excellent customer experience. While you’ll receive the full support of the Team Leads, Head of Sales and Product Team - the events you organise will start and end with you.
This is one of the most versatile roles at Chillisauce and you will excel at handling multiple events at once, be able to talk on the phone and across various devices, and be able to adapt to last minute changes - you’re comfortable in a "all hands on deck" environment.
This is a great opportunity to work in a unique environment for an exciting and fast-growing UK brand, alongside people who are passionate about what they do. Our office is based in the heart of Bermondsey, above Maltby Street Market - just moments from popular areas like Bermondsey Street and London Bridge. We employ 100 full time staff and have an annual revenue in excess of £20 million.
The best part about working at Chillisauce is that every week we send thousands of people across Europe on weekends they’ll never forget. With great incentives, including trips around the UK and Europe to try our amazing products first-hand, this role is ideally suited for lively, self-motivated and target driven candidate interested in working in an exciting industry.
