Our client is looking to increase their team with an entrepreneurial, consultative and confident Sales Account Director to grow the client base.

Sales Account Director - The Role

As a Sales Account Director you will be responsible for driving new business and managing the accounts that you bring in. You will be in charge of the full 360 sale cycle and sell the full IT solutions portfolio which includes; networking, wireless, storage, date and much more.
Utilising your relationship building skills you will be based in the field, meeting clients regularly and growing the account base.

Sales Account Director - Key Characteristics and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Exceed revenue and profit goal consistently
• Exceed services sales and profit goal consistently
• Increased awareness of value proposition with clients
• Collaborate with peers and manager to refine and execute business development strategies
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stake holders
• Develop solid business relationships within the various decision-makers at all levels at each target account
• Understand each target customer's business model and related organizational structure and identify the customers' unique needs
• Personality:
• Self-starter - highly motivated and keen to succeed
• Quality and detail conscious
• Hungry, driven and charismatic
