Sales Account Coordinator

The Role:

To provide support throughout the sales team to ensure sales are maximised and the business targets are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Update customer order books as per the individual customer agreement and process customer orders
  • Ensure confirmation is sent to the customer with an accurate delivery date
  • Allocate stock to the order
  • Arrange for purchasing to order more stock if required
  • Check the overdue sales tab throughout the day and resolve
  • Arrange customer samples
  • Attend weekly manufactures meetings
  • Ensure overdue sales are kept to the minimum
  • Assisting the sales executives with tasks as and when required
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of, and reporting upon, departmental KPIs
  • Get involved in specific projects
  • Practice Continuous Improvement in all areas of operation
  • Attend and participate in all training courses on which you are reasonably enrolled

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Good computer skill
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Organised and flexible

Hours, benefits and Pay:

  • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours)
  • £19,000 - £21,000 per annum
  • Discretionary bonus of up to 10% (conditional upon Company and individual targets being achieved)
