Sage X3 Support Consultant role for one of the most respected resellers, part of a larger group of companies, with a superb reputation. This is a 1st and 2nd Line Support role, which requires application support of Sage X3 as well as technical support with diagnostic skills, X3 service packs and patches etc. Head office is based near Fleet, but they would also consider candidates who are based in the UK working remotely from home. Salary to £40k.
As part of their busy, professional support department, you will provide Sage X3 1st Line and 2nd Line support to their large customer base, via email, telephone and remote connection, finding solutions to clients' problems and going the extra mile where required to provide them with a top-notch support service.
You need decent Sage X3 support skills with experience of Sage X3 service packs and patches, and understanding of networks, and server and diagnostic skills. You should have good analysis skills and be capable of breaking problems down to find a fix, carrying out system reviews and supporting 3rd party add-on products.
You have attention to detail, you understand clients' support issues and can deliver resolutions in a timely way, achieving SLA's, and staying calm when under pressure.
You work well in a team, are enthusiastic and a good communicator. This role is with a top Sage reseller who cover the full range of Sage products from X3, to Sage 1000, Sage 200, Sage CRM and BI, and add-on solutions.
