Galaxy Personnel is currently recruiting for a SAGE Process Administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn. Working Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm.

As part of their sales team you would be responsible for processing sales orders and producing export documentation along with communicating closely with other departments within their organisation to ensure order and processing deadlines are met.


• Previous sales order processing // export administration role experience
• Excellent, confident telephone manner and communicator
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Computer literate especially in an accounts//manufacturing software system along with Outlook, Word & Excel
• Motivated and highly organised
• Conscientious whilst maintaining exemplary attention to

Skills Required
• Liaising with customers in regards to their orders, queries and completing requests accordingly
• Liaising with and raising paperwork for our Production Departments to ensure orders and processing deadlines are met
• Processing orders on Sage200 accounts/manufacturing system and ensuring all orders are entered and acknowledged within the allotted time
• Produce relevant and concise export documentation to support non-UK deliveries
• Generating all relevant paperwork to assist with the despatch of orders
• Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
• Arranging transportation for the sales orders, dealing with different couriers and hauliers to arrange deliveries
• Liaise with our Quality Controller and Warehouse Supervisor with stock taking and discrepancies
