We are looking for a competent, friendly Application Support Consultant with solid experience of Sage 200 and ideally knowledge of the Sicon and Eureka add-on products, or manufacturing - for a home-based support role.

You will have to spend a few days in their offices in the South when you first start, and then have the occasional day once a month or every two months at the office. Salary to £40k to start and Coventry is just a marker point, you could be living anywhere in the UK but preferably somewhere from the Midlands to the South or West.

Our client has been selling Sage 200 for more than 15 years and they have around 65 loyal Sage 200 customers, using Sage Cloud and on-premise solutions. The majority are involved with Sage 200 commercials, Sage 200 financials, manufacturing and many of the Sicon, Eureka and Draycir add-ons.

The company ethos is all about client retention; maintaining the relationship and keeping clients for the long term. They often pick up Sage 200 clients who are unhappy with their resellers and get in touch with them through recommendations.

You will be an experienced Sage 200 Support Consultant, who has some experience of home working and is used to the challenges of a home-based Application Support role and can stay focused and motivated.

The job will be responding to emails and phone calls to log the problems, finding solutions and keeping your clients informed of the progress of their case. You will need to be good at planning, prioritising and managing your time to ensure SLA's are met and problems are thoroughly investigated.

You will have supported Sage 200 and some of the add-ons, you love problem solving and knowledge of the Sicon product range is especially advantageous and will attract the higher salary.

This is a quality environment where you will have time to really understand the issues and fix stuff properly. Offering quality support to the clients and maintaining long term good relationships, is the key to this job.

Your role will be as a Sage 200 1st and 2nd Line Support Consultant working remotely and supporting their existing and new customers.
