The Role

We have a temporary placement opportunity available for an Administrator at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. The Administrator will be providing the following support to the Safeguarding team

The skills required are

  • Answer telephones and direct to appropriate person
  • Support Nurses in researching patients on Camis / Symphony systems
  • Request and source patient records
  • Scan and type documents
  • Access to secure emails and directing to appropriate service/ person
  • Diary Management
  • Take notes of meetings if required
  • Organise meetings if required

Skills required:

  • Camis / Symphony system experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of Microsoft office suite (Essential)

Doncaster Royal Infirmary is located on Thorne Rd, Doncaster DN2 5LT, it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking (Fees will apply). Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT an overall CQC rating of good.
