SaaS NetSuite Business Development Manager Field Sales £50k + OTE
I have a very interesting vacancy available for a skilful Consultative Business Development Manager who has a proven track record in generating new business wins for SaaS/ERP based organisations. This role has come about due to growth - and fantastic investment in the NetSuite product - and is anticipated to really be a stepping stone to a long-term profitable business proposition. If you are a money-motivated Sales Professional looking to work with an industry leading product, this is the role.
You will be required to create and build new sales opportunities - supported by an Inside Sales Team who have a proven ability to generate leads. The potential deals will range in value between £50k - £150k as an average and you will have a yearly £1m sales target. The commission structure is industry-leading so there is ample opportunity to smash through deals. This market is really flooding open and a £100k first year earnings is not just possible, but expected.
You will have a considerable amount of freedom and autonomy to run your business how you please - but you will have a fantastic support network including one of the most experienced Pre-Sales Consultants in the NetSuite channel. There is a strong period of anticipated growth so you will need to be able to grow and develop as the position expands. This role is fully field based, but there are occasional visits into the office expected (which is located in Surrey).
Skills required for the role:
- Wide-Ranging background in Cloud/SaaS ERP Software Solutions.
- Sales experience with complex sales cycles
- Evidence of success against quota in previous positions
- Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals.
- Experience dealing with Senior Management at SME and Mid-Market level.
- Full, Clean, UK Driving License.
