We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to lead our RWE data consulting services within the Healthcare space. You’ll be working directly with and supported by senior level colleagues to help drive commercial success through optimization of access to RWE data sources, embedded within a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, statisticians, methodologists and data scientists. You’ll understand the organizational needs of our clients and promote us as a provider of innovative and impactful data solutions to develop new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for someone who has a proven experience on all Real World Evidence data sources in an advisory capacity specifically within Healthcare, particularly those that can be used to augment or add value to syndicated and custom primary research.

Becoming a 'go to’ person as an expert for internal teams (both custom & syndicated) when purchasing external data, you’ll take responsibility for continuous development of RWE databases, including -

  • Guiding the creation of indexed RWE data base
  • Updating of the data base with new sources
  • Continuous search of new data sources across all our key countries, via desk research, conference attendance, contacting providers and brokers etc.
  • Being the 'go-to’ person for the internal Custom and Syndicated teams when extracts of internal RWE data are required
  • Building trusted relationships with teams globally, understanding their needs

About you:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their secondary research skills & knowledge in a consultative and advisory capacity. You must have an understanding of Healthcare research and healthcare systems. You’ll need to be knowledgeable about external RWE data sources, structures and applications and prepared to develop expertise in our internal sources of RWE. You’ll be someone who is confident at building & maintaining strong relationships and comfortable at communicating with clients, colleagues and suppliers. You’ll be facilitating collaboration between internal teams on RWE projects and helping to create and foster partnerships with external data suppliers and clients.
