Reporting Relationships

The candidate will report to Acting Head of the London office and Interpreter to Founder and will work alongside another Team Assistant


Monitoring of the manager’s online presence on social media

Translation of the daily correspondence, reports, agreements, articles, etc from/into Russian, English

Diary management

Travel arrangements (non-extensive)

End of day reporting to management of scope of work performed

Running small business related and personal errands

Key Prerequisite

Advanced / native level of English proficiency

Excellent written communication in both Eng. and Rus. languages

Ability to get fully up to speed within the max of 2 month from joining

Description of work in a day

The day would usually start with you checking the fb inbox, gmail inbox and the telegram messages from manager and founder that came through overnight. The tasks will be then distributed between yourself and the other team assistant and you would set to getting them done. You would be in constant communication with the other team assistant and your manager whereas you would normally have no direct contact with the founder apart from messages with tasks that come from him in telegram chats.

The communication is always held in two languages. Immediate response is required, it is advised to have the work cell to hand at all times as all communication is phone-based.
