This is a great opportunity for a Russian Speaking Team Assistant/ PA to join a well established real estate company in Central London. You will have a varied role with a lot of responsibilities and learning opportunities.
Your responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Administrative support of a small team and PA support for Manager;
- Answering phone calls/emails, liaising with clients;
- Assisting with verbal and written translations from/into Russian when required;
- Preparing relevant documentation in both languages;
- Diary management for Manager;
- Managing documentation (filing, scanning, printing etc);
- Organising meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are well maintained;
- Travel support for the team (booking flights and accommodation, liaising with travel agents);
- Managing the company’s social media, liaising with other departments to prepare marketing content;
- Maintaining the teams budget when required;
- Processing invoices and preparing reports on a regular basis.
To succeed in this role you will need to be/have:
- Fluent English and Russian (both verbal and written);
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner;
- Self-motivated and able to show initiative;
- Flexible "can-do" approach
- Experience of working with VIP customers and HNWIs;
- Interest in social media and experience desirable;
- IT literate
