BASED IN CAMBRIDGE
This will give you an opportunity to work for one of the globes most recognisable search engines within the hospitality industry.
Committed to deliver high quality customer service, they require exquisite professional Customer Success Executives to join their team in Cambridge.
You will have the chance to become part of a great, dynamic team, working together to ensure that the customer service experience is exceptional!
You will be responsible for speaking to the Russian market, either by telephone, email or webchat.
Managing inbound calls, emails and webchat from new and existing customers, dealing with queries, questions, complaints and providing information, on their hotel reservation.
You will be required to work 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
Early Shift: 6am - 3pm
Mid Shift: 10 or 12 to 6 or 8pm
Late Shift: 3pm to 11pm
Shifts are given 6 weeks in advance to allow you to plan your personal life around your work.
* Have a clear and friendly telephone manner
* Confident to think alone
* Can speak Russian to a native level
