Person specification - Graduate Teaching Assistant role

This superb school are looking for a resilient, motivated and dedicated individual who has graduated with a 2:1 or above. Ideally this will be in a core subject degree, however if you have plenty of relevant experience other subjects will be considered. You must have some previous experience of working with children/pupils, this can be in any setting.

Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant - what does the role involve?

This role will see you join the school as a graduate teaching assistant with full exposure to the whole school life. Working in the department where your strengths lie, you will be assigned a dedicated mentor. The training you will receive here is second to none, including Safeguarding, Team Teach, autism awareness and many more. You will have the opportunity to be involved in weekly training sessions every Friday which is a half day for the school.
