This is an entirely new project that you will be joining, so we are really looking for your Ruby Developer skills in delivering large complex Ruby on Rails applications to come to the party. You will have the technical ownership of some of the more complex tasks as well as inputting across all technical decisions.
You will have experience that will range from delivering high quality Ruby on Rails applications to mentoring Developers to help them achieve the best they can. You will add to the already large skill sets that you do have.
To succeed as a Ruby Developer, you will:
- Have experience developing clean beautiful Ruby on Rails applications as party of a larger team. Contributing to the more complex development tickets.
- Have experience testing your own code and where possible applying TDD.
- Have an understanding of fundament CI/CD principles and if possible.
- Be confident in mentoring Junior Ruby Developer or two to help them achieve as much as they can
