What YOU will be doing:

Be responsible for reconciling and reporting of our prestigious partner company cash and balance sheet accounts in an accurate and timely manner.

• Perform daily bank reconciliation for the company's bank accounts to the general ledger in the given region, monitor the aging of all outstanding items, and assist with follow up and reclassification of items
• Research discrepancies, and prepare/review adjusting transactions if it is necessary to make corrections to the appropriate accounting records
• Provide operational support for Cash Flow reporting
• Provide ownership throughout your work
• Demonstrate process improvement mindset and make all necessary efforts to standardize and harmonize procedures migrated
• Work directly with Finance and Operational teams and also with external auditors during annual reviews/audits by preparing information requests and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure that all relevant key controls are in place and functioning properly in accordance with internal policies and procedures and Sarbanes Oxley rules and regulations.
• Assist with ad hoc company and internal management requests

Requirements that make You the best candidate:

• BSC/MSC degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
• 1-2 years of relevant post qualification work experience is preferred in the field of cash reporting
• Good and up-to-date accounting knowledge (US GAAP/IFRS)
• Good understanding of general accounting principles, concepts and processes to be able to form an opinion on accounting and process matters
• Demonstrate proactive approach to challenges and issue resolution
• Strive to identify process efficiency/effectiveness improvements opportunities and propose suggestions
• Strive to be involved in process improvement projects
• Fluent business English language skills both oral and in writing
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong time and task manager
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Structured thinking
• Cooperative attitude
• Sensitivity to risk management and process controls
