A growing Firm in London is looking to recruit an RTA Paralegal with experience in dealing with Pre-Litigation Personal Injury (RTA) matters. The Firm is offering this opportunity to an experienced individual who is able to use their expertise and progress their career within the Legal Sector.
The Firm requires the RTA Paralegal to have a minimum of 12 months Pre-Litigation experience; with the ability to run their own caseload. The Paralegal must be able to deal with all aspects of Personal Injury and RTA files; proactively maintaining their caseload from inception to completion. This role requires them to work well in a team, in addition to handling confidential and sensitive information; as well as ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct and dealing with Disputed files prior to being allocated to Litigation.
This role is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious, driven and confident RTA Paralegal to take on a full and developing caseload, as well as becoming an integral member of a specialist team.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 12 months Pre-Litigation experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must have strong organisational skills
• Needs to be organised and pay attention to detail
• Ability to manage their own workload effectively

• Salary Range (DOE): £18,000 - £24,000
