Due to the absence of a permanent member of staff they are currently recruiting for a teacher until the end of the academic year.
Your new role
You will work as part of a Humanities faculty made up of seven specialist teachers. You will be responsible for teaching a timetable of KS3 and KS4 mixed ability RE classes. Your role will include full teaching responsibilities including planning and preparation of lessons, marking, assessment, attending parents evenings and pastoral responsibilities for a form class. This role is full-time, five days per week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified teacher and will have previous experience of delivering Religious Education in a secondary school. You will have a passion for learning and have a strong track record of helping pupils to achieve results. You will also possess strong behaviour and classroom management skills. You share a commitment to safeguarding and hold a DBS check.
