Roster Administrator

Provide expert e-rostering advice and support to staff at all levels and deliver effective training to all users of the system so that they are able to create, approve, update and finalise rosters. Refresh training as required by need or as a result of software updates.

Client Details

My client is a large health organisation based in Guildford.


  • Deliver effective training to all users of the system

  • In the absence of the manager be able to run payroll extracts and take appropriate actions on any errors reported

  • Acting as the intermediary between the software provider and the support staff in order to resolve any problems with the system

  • Run reports and produce statistics on a regular basis

  • Monitor system's Key Performance Indicator's, reporting and escalating any identified concerns to the relevant manager

  • Support and liaise with the Resourcing teams to ensure correct use of both the systems within the department

  • Provide any training required


The successful candidate will have previously used Allocate Software HealthRoster system and will have previously been exposed to administration positions. You must also be immediately available, have strong written and verbal communication skills and also you will be able to work on your own initiative.

Job Offer

A 3 month contract with the potential to extend.
