As Rooms Division Manager you will provide positive and clear leadership to the Housekeeping and Front Office team.
You will be responsible for improving and delivering revenue management through maximising revenue optimisation and ensuring we deliver our high quality brand standards at all times, without compromising on health and safety.
Using your revenue creating and natural sales driven ability, you will coach the team in meeting sales activity targets and ensuring the team provides a consistent and visible customer focused experience to all our guests.
To succeed in this role you will have a demonstrable experience of delivering revenue targets and building a revenue culture across Front Office and/or Housekeeping as well as effective cost-control and a good eye for detail.
You will be an effective communicator with good listening skills and be able to motivate, train and develop a diverse team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of service and empower the team in making sound commercially viable business decisions confidently.
Must have own transport due to the hotel's location.
