Are you an Experienced Roofer looking to join a expanding prestigious company .......................................................

We are looking for an Experienced Roofer who is lead bias who will be responsible for roofing repairs and replacement works in both commercial and residential buildings for our prestigious local client.

You will be:

  • Taking responsibility for your own health, safety and wellbeing when working on site
  • Being aware and vigilant about health and safety risks and hazards, and take responsibility for working safely and looking after the safety of your fellow workers
  • Listening carefully to any site health and safety measures communicated to you, and then adhering to these
  • Supporting the Site Supervisor and Foreperson to complete plastering work efficiently to meet timescales and deadlines
  • Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and effectively, according to instructions
  • Being able to utilise different tools and equipment for carrying out work with finesse
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and site requirements regarding works
  • Being open and willing to learn from constructive feedback, so that the quality of work continuously improves
  • Being reliable and trustworthy, and motivating yourself to produce your very best
  • Being committed to develop your skills and participate in relevant training opportunities
  • Taking professional pride and ownership for the quality, and finish of your work
  • Behaving in a professional manner when working on site, so that people have a positive impression of the MPC Group
  • Strong attention to detail to check the quality of your own work, and take swift corrective action to correct any defects under the instruction of Site Supervisor/Foreperson
  • Using company time and resources responsibly
  • Responding positively to any other reasonable duties and tasks that may be required of you to further the business interest
