Hays are delighted to be working alongside a global leader in the logistics and distribution sector, in recruiting a new administration team at their site in Droitwich.
Your new role
Your new role will see you become a key part of a new administration team, assisting the organisation in supporting their customers with Brexit. Your role will see you monitor and check through all customer paperwork, ensuring they have all of the correct documentation in place before orders can be processed. You will also complete any other ad-hoc administration as requested by your manager. Working hours will be Monday-Friday on a weekly shift pattern, and the role will initially begin as a temporary assignment, which will become permanent based on performance in the role.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have background experience in general office administration, and will be able to reference your keen eye for detail in previous assignments. You must have Romanian language fluency in both written and verbal communication, and those who do not possess this skill need not apply. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, able to pick up new systems following company training, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based upon a salary of £18,500 per annum in the first instance, and the opportunity to join this thriving international company on a permanent basis after a successful temporary assignment.
