Romanian Customer Service Executive

Location : Farnham

Salary £18,000 + Benefits

My client who are based in Farnham are looking for a fluent Romanian speaker to join their Customer Service Team. . It is necessary that they have experience of some Customer Service, be able to resolve queries quickly, have excellent attention to detail and happy with both inbound and outbound customer service calls.

This is a customer service role, and my client requires someone who has got a professional and confident personality.

Daily Duties

To conduct all contact, inbound and outbound, in a manner that ensures consistently excellent customer service and adheres to "customer excellence" behaviours such as professional, friendly, enthusiastic, attentive, interested and helpful.

Ensure all calls adhere to business & governance processes.

Pre-empt client requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methods.

To work effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes & log any queries.

To use initiative to prioritise work based on contact volumes and SLAs in order to ensure all work is completely accurately and in a timely fashion.

Ensuring all calls are compliant with Data Protection (GDPR, PCI, DSS, FCA, TCF) and other regulatory requirements.

Hours of Work

Shifts covering 8.00am - 6.00pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and shifts covering 8.00am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (Fri)

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

A passion for providing excellent customer service.

Excellent conversational skills. Ability to converse easily over the phone and face to face. Successful completion of a telephone interview before face to face required.

Demonstrates active listening skills during telephone interview.

Experience of working within a high pressure environment, whilst maintaining an extremely high level of customer service.

Excellent attention to detail. Ability to confirm information, follow a process consistently and take down accurate notes without error.

Enjoys working within a tight knit team with highly motivated and conscientious individuals.

Demonstrates a resilient and upbeat personality.

Is a problem solver and thinks outside the box to go above and beyond where possible to find a solution for the client.

Has previous experience of working to daily, weekly, monthly and team targets.

A resilient individual, able to work flexibly to accommodate changing work priorities through periods of transformation.
