- Basic salary $50k-$55k USD
- OTE up to $200k in first year, uncapped
- Risk & Compliance desk (perm)

They are looking for a recruiter (any sector) with a strong track record of billing and a desire to get into Banking & Finance. Risk & Compliance is this companies 'bread and butter' and the division commands big fees and a fair amount of volume too.
