My client, a leading name within financial services in Suffolk are currently seeking a Compliance and Risk Executive to join their outstanding organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong Compliance or Risk background looking to take the next step in their career and work within a vibrant and enthusiastic office. This varied and fast paced role is a vital position within the company, reporting directly into the Head of Risk and Compliance you will be supporting with all aspects of designing, implementing and maintaining robust Risk Management Framework as well as providing insight and support to develop the Risk Based Compliance Monitoring Plan.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Advising and providing guidance on new projects, products, services and initiatives to ensure they are within agreed risk and compliance appetite
- Involved in all areas of risk identification, assessment and analysis as well as taking a proactive approach to ensure corrective action is taken
- Ensure the business maintains good corporate governance by ensuring relevant and effective risk reporting
- Deliver relevant Compliance Monitoring reporting with supporting commentary and insightful suggestions in a timely and efficient manner

You will have a strong background ideally in both Compliance and Risk, however candidates with a strong bias to either are still encouraged to apply as training and support will be provided. Experience and knowledge of the Financial sector is also essential along with the ability to work proactively and autonomously. The ability to work well under pressure and deliver results within a fast paced environment is also essential. You will be driven and ambitious and keen to develop a successful career within Compliance and Risk.
