Live Event Technology Client:
My client is a provider of entertainment technology products and solutions, supplying to resellers, event agencies and end users across the world. My client have 5 specialist divisions within the UK and are looking for a new Rigging Service Technician that has a good mechanical / electrical background with experience repairing lifting/rigging equipment to join their team.
My client have doubled in size over the last 10 years and continue to grow, they currently employ over 150 people.
Live Event Industry Role:
Reporting directly to my client’s Technical Services Manager the role will form part of the rigging team within a large technical workshop.
The role will require problem solving and team working skills, in addition to having the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and work as part of my clients small but friendly team.
On occasion there may be the possibility of some infrequent off site work within the UK, which may also involve assisting at trade shows and at customer sites.
Previous experience in a similar role in the entertainment industry
Experience of fault-finding, servicing and repairing lifting equipment such as CM Lodestar, CM Prostar, Manfrotto, Doughty Support Systems and others
Excellent organisational skills
