Contract length: 6 months

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a RGM / SRM Analyst on behalf of a well established organisation on a temp basis.

The main purpose of this role will be to manage, govern, track & report the UK&I pricing outlook & promotion plans, enabling delivery of the SRM agenda and minimising price exposure within and between markets across the full Food portfolio.

• Support the creation, alignment and execution of the 1-3 year UK&I pricing & trade optimisation strategy to deliver critical business KPI’s

• Own and maintain price files, price tracking & price reporting into all S&OP+ steps

• Play a leading role in the deployment & execution of UK&I CPI’s, promo optimisation initiatives and trade optimisation plans

• Ownership of periodic SRM scorecard & KPI tracking

• Governance, support & course-correction of the deployment of UK&I trade budget to maximise ROI and price growth

• Scenario planning support across the SRM levers (strategic pricing, promotions, mix, trade terms)

• Co-pilot the sales teams to provide insight, upskill & empower them on modelling practices, ratify their promotional modelling outputs, and by exception, provide central modelling for areas of high strategic importance

• Co-pilot customer teams on price and promotional effectiveness at an organisational, customer and total category level

Required experience:

• Excellent Excel skills and good aptitude for systems

• Analytical skills and problem solving skills

• Experience in practical analysis (e.g. financial, category or sales analyst)

• Ability to pull insights out of various data sets
