Reward Survey Manager
Our client is a dynamic and established financial services provider with excellent opportunities for scope and autonomous working environments.
They are now seeking expansion to their team with a dedicated Reward Survey Manager to aid in the development and management of an executive portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identification of trends from surveyed data to ensure value is added to client portfolios and providing consultations of sales opportunitites.
- Ensure that the businesses resources are adequately delegated and high productivity is maintained.
- To develop and then deliver sector/survey feedback from the analysis of reward trends.
- Production of survey reports and development of market insights.
