Reward Specialist

Our client is a large international business based in Tyne and Wear who are seeking a Reward Specialist on a 3 month interim basis.

Role



The role will include supporting with a variety of tasks as follows:

  • Preparing a business case for introducing a bonus for their level 5 population
  • Providing support on the implementation of the job framework including job evaluation
  • Providing support, and specifically drafting policy documentation, to support global mobility
  • Support on other general employment policies
  • Providing support on their annual pay and bonus review for senior managers

This role is on an interim basis, 3 months. This role is on a FT or PT basis (4 days per week).

Person



To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Preferably have experience dealing with job evaluation
  • Be able to start immediately
