Reward Manager - Swindon

About the Reward Manager Role:

Joining us as a Reward Manager, you’ll manage/administer employee benefit programmes including pension, car benefits, healthcare, group insurance schemes, salary sacrifice and voluntary benefits for Connect Group PLC.

This interesting and challenging role you will take responsibility for:

  • Managing Gender Pay Gap reporting requirements
  • Being the point of expertise advising HR colleagues and senior managers on practice, policy and legislative change
  • Managing and administering business as usual employee benefits activity including policy, scheme renewals, communications, and benchmarking
  • Managing external advisers ensuring appropriate service levels and rates
  • Participating in benefit benchmarking surveys
  • Contributing to reward development projects including Total Reward and Harmonisation propositions
  • Preparing of reward and benefit proposals/papers to gain approval/ decisions as required
  • Supporting the Reward Administrator with regular communications to new and existing employees to increase benefit take up
  • Maintaining overview of reward and benefits policy, provision and eligibility
  • Providing expertise within the Reward team to contribute to the development of reward policies that are aligned to the People Function, support business strategies, are aligned to Company value, and which are market competitive and legislatively compliant

About You:

With a track record of career progression within a professional HR/Reward environment, you’ll be able to evidence:

  • Extensive benefits knowledge
  • Good knowledge of pension arrangements
  • Experience in providing advice and contributing to the development of benefit offerings
  • Strong project management capability
  • Highly organised with demonstrable experience of delivering at pace and within agreed timescales
  • Excellent numeracy and data analysis skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Able to manage and influence stakeholders and facilitate group discussions
