An exciting opportunity has arisen within our HR team for a Reward Manager. This role can be either based in London or Weymouth as you will be required to spend time across both of our offices in these locations.
We are looking fo an excellent team leader to ensure the Reward team are managed and developed to meet the agreed objectives. You'll be playing a key role in the development of the design, development and implementation of a reward framework that delivers a total reward strategy as part of the overarching People Strategy globally.
This is an influential role ensuring we have a reward offering that works for all of our different business areas including; Retail, Head Office and our Distribution Centre.
