An interim Reward Manager position with a large retail business based in London

Client Details

My client is a multinational retail organisation based in London


As a Reward Manager, you will have responsibility for a small team and report to the Head of Reward and Benefits. You will be tasked with:

  • Design, development and delivery of all annual reward programmes across the group
  • Develop reward policies in line with the business strategy
  • Leads the reward team with responsibility for their development
  • Proposal of new reward initiatives
  • Manage external relationships with reward suppliers
  • Provide an internal reward consultant service to the wider business including senior stakeholders


In order to be successful in this role as a Reward Manager you will ideally:

  • Possess strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of reward concepts and principles
  • Have external retail business knowledge
  • Line management or mentoring/coaching experience
  • Knowledge of UK pay legislation
