We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global food organisation who are seeking to add to their internal reward team.
The primarily focus of the role will be to work in conjunction with the broader reward and HR team to generate the best possible reward solutions. You will support in the evaluation and improvement of global reward solutions by supporting with benchmarking, compensation management, job evaluation, market analysis etc. Candidates will be responsible for managing a suite of analytics and participating in salary surveys to gain deeper market insight. You will analyst data to support business growth and reward investment as well as coordinating the communication of compensation and benefits.
Candidates need to have reward experience, ideally on a global basis, supporting compensation analytics and processes. You will have strong technical skills including Excel and ideally Workday and thrive in fast paced environment. You will be driven, results orientated and have strong attention to detail. Ideally candidates will have experience of working with a major HR consulting business such as AON / Mercer although this is not essential.
