As a Reward Analyst you will be required to advise on reward solutions and provide specialist reward knowledge, supporting the UK Head of Reward & Reward Managers on group and cross-brand initiatives. You will deliver specific reward projects and activities, such as pay for progression, recognition and communication initiatives to deliver against the UK Reward Plan. You will take a lead role in the delivery of cross-brand/UK-wide communications, using a broad range of styles and mediums in order to influence and educate our direct and indirect partners and customers. You will also undertake reward analytics that provides market insight to projects and business cases.
